Plus, this works as some excellent alone time which can be great for rest and the easing of stress headaches.

Both physical and emotional symptoms can be caused by dehydration. Not only can this cause a stress headache, but it can be responsible for many other physical symptoms if you don?t drink enough water. So make sure you drink enough water regularly, and especially whenever you start experiencing symptoms of a stress headache. Just the conscious process will help you relax. Both your stress level and your headache should be greatly reduced as your body is nourished by the water. If this doesn?t help your headache, you have to search for other stress factors that may have caused it.

On an average day, consume foods that are reasonable and wholesome.
