Four days in a row of walking and talking and sweating, and we've made it to the end of the "HashOut On Location" coverage of the RNC. We've been on location at a diner, the Convention Center, the Tampa Bay Times Forum, the Huffington Post spa, the street and even the escalator. I'm tired, y'all. There are only so many days a person go through airport-level security multiple times a day and subsist on half-eaten energy bars discovered in his backpack.
Today we took a look back and asked people to share their favorite convention moments. We got to talk to Geraldo Rivera and Roland Martin and even some of the staff at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. I was surprised to learn that there's an entire part of running this convention that involves allocating radio spectrum to news organizations: too many voices and not enough space. I also heard from convention veterans that the supply of weird buttons and crazy hats is far lower this year than in previous conventions.
We also took a look back at some my favorite moments, including the personalities, Ross The Intern and Bunky Hall. The best overall interaction came when a woman who asked me how I, as a man, could know what a woman wanted. "I ask," I told her. It blew her mind.
Thank you all for checking out the series, and thanks to the people you didn't see on camera, including "HashOut On Location" producers Charity Elder and Mia Trovato and our director of photography Victor Velazquez. I'll miss you all this weekend but look forward to asking more questions at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte next week.
Until then, keep answering the questions at the Yahoo News Twitter account, @YahooNews.
