THEORY OF HYDROGEN BONDING

In 1999 Isaacs?s interpretation proved the anisotropies in the Compton profile i.e transpiracy of common ice , hydrogen bond is partly covalent. NMR on hydrogen bonding with proteins also indicated covalent bonding. Generally it can be viewed as a metric or distance function. Dependent electrostatic scalar field between two or more molecular bonds. It is different from intermolecular bound states of covalent or ionic bonds. In initial theory of hydrogen bonding presented by Linus Pauling said that they have a partical covalent nature, which remained controversial conclusion until the late 1990s. A lot of experimental data has been recovered for Hydrogen Bonding with water example :providing good resolution on scale of intermolecular distances and molecular thermodynamics, kinetic and dynamical properties of hydrogen bond is dynamic and system remains unchanged.
