Until they reached toddlerhood, it was easy to ensure that my boys consumed healthy food and drinks. However, once they could make decisions on their own about what to eat and drink, things got tricky. ?I do my best to monitor the sugar intake of the children, but let?s be honest?- it is easier said than done ? especially when you are a family on the move. ?It is sometimes hard to find organic, low sugar food and drinks that are packaged in a way that is attractive to kids. ?In our household, we are huge fans of Honest Tea and their kids? line, Honest Kids. ?The juice pouches are generous in size, flavorful, and contain less than half the sugar of many of the other leading children?s drink pouches.

Last week a friendly representative from Honest Tea dropped off a great bag of products for my family?before he even left the house, my kids had raided the bag ? finding an apple juice pouch. ?They didn?t even care that the drink was warm, and they enjoyed their juice on the back patio while wearing some retro 80?s shades with the Honest logo on them.

Honest Tea has rocking, organic beverages for Mom and Dad, too. ?I am a big fan of the Sweet Tea and White Peach Tea, though all of their teas and ades that I have tried are quite refreshing. ?Back when I lived in Maryland, I would often grab an Honest Tea as a treat on my way out of Whole Foods, though nowadays Honest Tea is available at most places where you would shop for your family!
